3.0.3 release of stabie-soft layout editor

Stabie-Soft released its 3.0.3 version of its tool suite.
New in 3.0.3
MEBES in translation option.
Faster redraw of small shapes.
New command to copy a rectangular area thru the hierarchy to the paste
buffer.
