speeds up
reading & writing of compressed stream files on opteron and sparc
dual/quad
cpu's by threading the compression/inflation task. Other new features
in the
3.0.1 release include netlisting for Dolphin's mixed mode simulator
SMASH
and a new script which allows viewing a stream file with a simple
command line
of
ssGdsView streamFileName
the script simplifies the process of looking at stream data to a unix
one line command.
