James, Cliff is referring to one of JB's insane rants about chaining.
This comes right back to Jon having no clue about even the most basic
functions of the software.

He was getting EXTREMELY frustrated with branch points while trying to
chain wireframes. But instead of asking for help, he decided to go on
a rampage about chaining being a "stupid waste of time."  If he had
any idea what he was doing, he'd have simply used the plane mask to
make sure the chain goes around the contour in one click, instead of
being forced to pick a direction at every intersection.

Later, he went on an Insane CAD Jihad about not being able to see
which WCS a particular operation was using by looking at the OP
Manager, without "multiple mouse clicks."  After I pointed out that
it's right there in the name of each operation, and he realized he
just didn't have the display turned on, he changed his Jihad. Now he
wanted to CHANGE the WCS from outside the operation. Just another
example of Jonnie complaining for something, then realizing he had it
all along, then changing his complaint.

He's just a habitual malcontent.
