IP tracing finds that MPInet.net is an ISP in Central Florida. 

MPInet has informed us that the dial-up account that was used 
to post these messages is in the name of Jon Banquer. 

MPInet is now in the process of taking appropriate action against Mr.
Banquer.

  He got run out of CT .. then Florida .... then Phoenix ...  now in
hiding
somewhere near San Diego ... aliases being currently used there unknown.
  Known to take glossy advertising (by the entire pile) & probably pizza
from
sales events & hide in "briefcase" ....  requires police escort for
eviction it
is said  ... beware removing him yourself as you might be sued for his
(later claimed?) broken legs & insanity ...  "It's a SCAM!"
