They have better tools for directly working with geometry. SpaceClaim 
doesn't care where your data came from.

If you saw the file, you would understand. The (Space Claim) sales guy
came in here saying it would "revolutionize" our industry. He said he
"saw a need for it in our industry".  Now if you knew what we built,
you would probably think twice before making claims like he was.  More
bark than bite. I guess it wasn't quite ready yet, and probably won't
be for a while.

He was eating his words when we gave him a file that is fairly simple
to our industry, and it took a dump. I would hate to see it try to
open a complex part, let alone show it on screen.

I really felt bad for the spaceclaim reps who seemed embarrassed as it
crashed on screen.

Well Jon, you said SolidClaim's strength is working with non-native
dumb solids. So Jon, please explain how you plan on working with
non-native dumb solids in SpaceClaim if you can't even open them.
