The parts in the assembly actually moved to a different location
corresponding to the new angular dimension. I've been able to repeat
this in three different assemblies.
Just thought I'd see if anybody else had run into this, and give a
word of caution to others. This could really screw up an assembly if
a guy weren't careful.
