OK I didn't feel like waiting to see if it was possible for it to work
with my hole pattern modeled that way.
I changed it so it was modeled the traditional way and it works.

My complaint: if Pro let's me create a radial pattern, then radial
axis pattern circle should work.
Yeah I know, that makes too much sense, but then again, this IS Pro/E
we're talking about here.
