anyone can start their own NG with their own rules.  the question is
the level of participation you get.
yeah-the guy is an obsessed basket case and it pisses me off also, but
hey, freedom of speech is a huge freedom.  we could be living in a
country were they would literally cut off your hands for typing such
stuff.  I for one just shake my head, filter what i can, and try to
ignore...  eventually he'll go away.
