join lines, linestrings to a linsetring

Hi all,

I have visited this group just now and found lot of friends who can
help me virtually in microstation V8 platfrom.

Iam searching for an mdl tool which can join two lines or linstrings
to a single linestring element.

Can anybody help me out.
