What CAD version are you using? MicroStation V7 or MicroStation V8?
3D?
Can you do AutoCAD from within MicroStation? Or AutoCAD files separately?
What method or service do you use to transmit files? Email? One of the
web-based file transmission or FTP sites? Or Bentley Systems Inc's.
project file transmission service?
What about markups? Color? FAXed? TIFF files scanned and sent via email?
BSI's markup files? Markups of large format drawings?
Do you have a rate schedule? Do you charge by the hour? By the quantity
of megabytes drawn?
