how to add font (.ttf) to resource file (.rsc)

I have an existing rsc file that contains a ttf file inside of it.  I have 
a newer version of the ttf file, and therefore need to update the rsc 
file.  How do I do this?  Do I use Microstation or do I use some other 
tool?
