VBA sup****t in Windows Server 2003

Trying to install Is Microstation/Powermap to a Win2k3 server results in 
  an error during the setup process. The dialog complains about the lack 
of VBA sup****t. Is there a way to Install Microstation/Powermap to a 
Win2k3 server so that VBA works?
