Reading MicroStation Resource Files

Hello,

I am able to read DGN files. The text elements in the DGN gives me a
font_id. How can I get the vector information of this particular font
from the resource file. In other words, is there a ready library or
samples or documentation to read the MicroStation resource files
(font.rsc)?
