importing ideas library data in (*.pkg) in ideas manager

i am working on importing the ideas library data into ideas manager. it
does not have an option to import the library data. how to import Team
center engineering ideas data in Ideas(i.e ideas*.asm, *.prt files of
ideas manager). even thru open ideas.
