You may be correct. We'll probably never know for sure, since he expects
an
expert to e mail him rather than posting to the thread. Since this is
cross- posted so severely, he's probably forgotten where to look.
If you are correct, his ISPs ftp addy is not going to work for his
purposes.
If he does check back, he may want to look into server software, like:

(free evaluation software is available)
This one runs in the background on your pc, includes encryption and since
it
is from Ipswitch--- probably very simple to use.
