It's a simple proceedure, but varies slightly among FTP clients. I use
WS_FTP from Ipswitch, which has a free version available at
http://www.ipswitch.com/downloads/index.html
(bottom of list, "LE" version is free)
Setup merely involves storing your user/password and ftp addy into the
program. Usage is then point and click, or drag-and drop. Since you have
previous ftp experience, you won't have a problem once the info is
entered.
You may wish to use the same software as you use at work, but the same
basic
information is all that is needed to log into the ftp server; the process
should be similar for your preferred program client.
