Have you got a cds CIW at all ?
If yes, please fellow those steps
1. Execute this skill command from your CIW:
system("xterm&")
2. Open the Cadence Assura Physical Verification User Guide do***ent
from the newly opened Unix X Terminal:
acroread $ASSURAHOME/doc/assurauser/assurauser.pdf
3. Go to Chapter 10 (RCX Graphical User Interface Run Guide), section
Extraction Tab, subSection Capacitance and then subSubSection Cap
Extract Mode.
It is at page 465 of my Product Version 3.1.7 of June 14, 2007.
You've got one entire page that answers your question. I could have
given some explanation in here but Cadence's words are far better than
