In the soc encounter, what should I do if I only want the wire to
connect the pins and route only to the edge of the cell. I tried to
edit the lef file,and added one statement "NOWIREEXTENSIONATPIN
ON ;" , but the wire still extended the cell edge by one-half of the
routing width.
How can I solve this problem and connect pins and wire by abutment?
