What does this error mean? Regarding EDIF In.

by Reotaro Hashemoto <ahmad.abdulghany@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jul 6, 2008 at 12:12 PM

Hi,

I have a very large EDIF schematic file (digital design), that is to
be retrieved, again, to schematic under Virtuoso composer. When I
im****t it normally through GUI (from CIW: File > Im****t > EDIF 200 ),
and fill fields correctly according to the edifinout.pdf manual, it
fails and in the log there're many errors all are almost similar,
they're like:
......
error at line :11885 between '<*64>(SGD<1:0>)' and ')'
	can't resolve netName <*64>(SGD<1:0>).
......

What does that error mean? I think it's an issue that is an already
known EDIF limitation as described in the manual? If so, has anyone
been able to get around it any how?

Please help!
Thanks and best regards,
Ahmad
