The particular case you are describing can be done via the 'hysteresis
sweep' option available in 
spectre 6.1. It's a dc sweep which is operated in both directions (there
is a checkbox in ADE GUI 
for this).

In the general case however, you can't run multiple dc sweeps in the same
ADE session, 
unfortunately. You might want do this with an OCEAN script as a
workaround.

Starting from IC 6.1, you can define multiple 'tests' in ADE-XL, which
allows you to run multiple 
instances of a same analysis.
