I have a high level block and there is a desire to have this cell's
power rails configurable kinda like a pCell. Basically the rails can
be in or out depending on the switch. It was implemented as a
graphical pCell which worked fine in DFII but GDS is not so smooth.
The cell is uniqu-ified so you cant run LVS on it from an upper level
GDS file since the name has changed. The cell edits also are also not
straight forward since Virtuoso goes in pCell mode.
Is there a way to implement this without making a pCell. Pehaps ROD's
or some property????
