oa gear installation

I am trying to install oagear on my computer.
when i run 'configure ' on my system  , i get the following error.


configure: error: could not find liboaBase.so in /oagear/
OAGear-0.98a/../OA-2.2p052/lib/linux_UNKNOWN_32/opt

(linux_unknown_32 =linux_rhe_21)

i am not able to fined liboaBase.so in my computer, can i download it
from somewhere or is it some other problem.
