I recently started to add comments in the summary/comments column in
my drawing folders in windows so I can sort my drawings by drawing
type and just see what's in them, thumbnails can be cluttered and not
show tag numbers etc.
I first learned that if I didn't go into the dwg and open dwg
properties and hit 'ok', I would only get 3 tabs in the dwg properties
in the windows folder. After doing this, I end out, now I have 6 tabs,
I use the 6th tab (summary) and fill in the comments field. For some
reason, the second tab (summary) does no good. (I tried filling out
fields in the dwg using dwg properties, they won't show up in the
windows folder)
The problem is:
for a couple weeks it worked, suddenly now when I exit my dwg, the
comment disappears, anyone know what is causing this? I hope I
explained this well.
