  So they may think but it might not be true.
  Also, unmounted/networked drives ...  or bad
pointers to the license .. or not enough licenses ...
or even someone playing games with the user in
question (can be fun; add "turn off screen echo" & then 
"Logout" to the admin's unprotected login script ...
