I'd think that actually knowing what the subjects are about rather
than inventing private meanings for buzzwords found in ads sort of
a handy start.
But then he might need basic shop math about right triangles & perhaps
at least a HS diploma ... plus perhaps actually using such things.
You've yet to grasp or plumb the murky depths of poor clueless I
suspect<G>.
