Thanks for your suggestions, Cliff.  I'm not sure of the answers as I
don't use TurboCAD.  All I do is push it out to their PC as they
purchase it.  But I'll see if I can find out. TurboCAD is locally
installed on the computers and I believe their files are networked.
As all computers are identical (because of the managed operating
environment), its confused me how all the others could work and this
once cant.  Especially as they all have admin rights onto their
computer to install the updates/patches for TurboCAD as they are
released to them.

I'm suspecting the registry is leaving something that is causing the
offence.  Does anyone know the location that TurboCAD 12 puts their
files in the registry?  Not knowing anything about TurboCAD, my only
other options is reformat and rebuild and see if it works then, but
that seems a bit drastic.  Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
