Sidhant,
I don't write programming, but have to deal with different CAD fomats
on a regular basis. As I'm sure you are aware Lectra is not just CAD.
Lectra is a database product and as such will require pretty extensive
programming to to write an extract program. Do you realize that if you
find a extraction/translation program that outputs to DXF that you will
lose all the 3D aspects of your file? The DXF format is 2D vectors.
I would think that if you are switching to one of the other textile CAD
packages that the company doing the integration would be willing to
help you get your data over to their database engine.
