The "preferred" method is to use the Autodesk Subscription Center.
Everyone (just about) who has a currently active license of Revit
is also on Subscription which provides access to new releases as
they come out as well as sup****t direct from Autodesk.
If you don't know how sup****t through the subscription center works,
I'd recommend you Take the Subscription Tour (located just below
the "Sign In" button on the Subscription Center Login page) It's
fairly brief and provides you with the how-to's on setting up your
subscription sup****t account as well as the benefits of logging
and tracking issues and questions through the subscription center.
At this time, mails to RevitSup****t@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
are responded
to by the sup****t team, but it is likely that this method of electronic
communication will be replaced in favor of the more robust Subscription
Center method some time down the line.
