In loading drawings you may have also installed or modified new
menues and/or lisp files

from the help file:

Automatic Menu Loading
The first time you start IntelliCAD, a default menu is loaded,
and the Automatic Menu Loading check box on the Options dialog
box is checked. The Automatic Menu Loading feature allows you to
load drawings with associated menus without overwriting the
default menu.

To turn the Automatic Menu Loading option off
Do one of the following:
Choose Tools > Options.
Type config and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab.
Clear the Automatic Menu Loading check box.
Click OK.
================
AUTOMENULOAD [IntelliCAD only]
When you open a drawing, determines whether the default menu or a
menu file associated with a drawing is loaded.

Type: Integer

Saved: In the registry

Range: 0, 1

Default: 1

[type in <automenuload> at command line to access]

(autoxload application list)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Automatically load the SDS™ application when one of its commands
is used.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This function returns associates a list of command names with an
application name. Then, when the user types a command name,
IntelliCAD searches for and loads the associated SDS file.

Example

Code Returns
(autoxload "routine" '("start" "run" "stop"))

You may also have had some sort of autorun finel installed or
your existing icad autorun lisp file modified.
