I use Bricscad v6...(the latest) on win98 no problemo. I would bet any
brand
v6 would work on win98. Other software has dropped us 98'ers, but not
Icad,
not yet. Files are saved as acad-2000 I think, they must be saved as an
earlier acad version in Icad3.3 and it could only read up to that version.
Gee, you wouldn't like Acad's approach to backward compatability! And
there
can't be such a thing as forward compability :) I wouldn't have trouble
because I set it to save as Acad-14 by default (for other reasons). I
found
v3.xxx was not a very good year, v6 works beautifully.
