When I first checked out Intellicad a couple of months ago I tried it.

Don't all Icad members have the same core code?  It was my
understanding that code bug fixes and changes were to be sent back to
Icad for inclusion in the base code.  Are you saying that flyover acts
differently in ProgeCAD than in CMS?
