Hi,
I can't seem to find how to create a garage that will have the floor 3'
below the house's floor.
The garage floor is a 4" thick slab, and the house has a basement with a
110" high wall, to accomodate for the joists, and leave 8'6" clearance.
the first floor is also 110" high (the house), as I have a 12/12 roof,
there
will be a room in the "attic"
The problem I have is ajusting the hight of the garage's ceiling/wall,
since
the total hight of the garage's wall should be 3' lower than the house's.
I'm using X1.
