Not unusual.

I've used ADT (Architectural Desktop) and let it figure out the
layers/display representations.  Works pretty slick, and ADT 5 is much
better at it too (except they keep messing with the icons so you must
refind
everything).  You can WYSIWYG ADT, if you like and it gives almost too
much
control over how things potentially look under different cir***stances.

Point is a 2 story, typical house (or even a 2nd story addition) isn't
that
much in comparison to a full set of commercial architecturals.  I should
be
relatively straight forward.

Then again, maybe it's a 2nd story addition to a single story 8000 sf
house
built to "island" spec.'s....
