Freebird utility for CADKEY99

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the vibrant utilities, 
specificly "freebird" for CADKEY99 ?  I had been using CADKEY97 with 
worm&freebird and got quite addicted to them.  When I upgraded to
CADKEY99, 
worm was there, but freebird was not :( I tried copying the cadl files
from 
the old 97 folder. But that didnt work.
