Please Help - How to move 3DS V4 to new computer

Hey folks,

I have 3D Studio on a older DOS machine that died, and am have no clue
how to get it working on a second newer machine.

I still have the working harddrive running Win95, the 3D Studio CDs and
the working dongle, but the original floppy that you seem to need to
reinstall has vanished.

Can anyone suggest how to to go about moving it to another machine? Is
there something I have to run to reconfigure the dongle to the new
machine? A little help from a knowledgable person on this would be
appreciated.
