I can.  I'll probably just ftp it to my site, 'n' give you the link.  I'll

keep it there for a few day's once it is there.  I'll try and do this
later 
this evening....sorry can't right now, though. I 'do' have the *.CHM help 
file(s) you are speaking of, for 3.1. **** I can send as an attachment to 
your e-mail if you like?  Your choice!!
