3D Studio Max 3.1 Help Files needed

Hi

Can anyone tell me where I can get the 3D Studio Max 3.1 help files
that usually install with the application?
The files on my install CD are corrupted.

Or if someone could please e-mail them to me or upload to an FTP site,
maybe?
