Hi all,
Iīm a bigtime newbie in 3d modelling - but I have decided that I want to
get
to know 3d Studio better - as fast as possible :o)
My problem is - where do I begin? I hope you guys inhere have some
suggestions and advice for me?
And now to a problem I already have run into. In my 3dStudio Bible - there
is an exercise which explains how to build and animate "Marvin Moose". Now
-
the guide explains that I need to import a tif-image - and then build the
Moose from that picture as a "master". My problem is - that when I do as
the
guide explains - I donīt see the picture in 3dStudio (itīs just grey).
When
I render the picture - then I can see it - but that doesnīt help me
building
the moose from the picture. (Hope this is not completely jibberish).
I think I need to tell 3dStudio to do some "realtime rendering" so that I
can se the actual surface (the moose) while I build my 3d model from it.
Do you know the solution for this problem?
Thanks in advance!
Regards from John :o)
