Dear Group,
Does anyone know of a program or technique to slice a 3d object such as
an .stl .3ds etc file to multiple 2d images.
To be more clear I would like to specify a thickness for each slice.
Once the x,y slices are performed they could be saved as image files
and printed one by one thus showing displaying each layer that made up
the 3d model.
Any help would be much apreciated.
